Illustration for Tinder India and Gaysi Family’s ‘Queer Swipe Stories’, a project that seeks to collect the moods, experiences and complexities of queer dating. A challenging aspect of the project was working within the requirement of not drawing humans, and still trying to evoke the tenderness of the story. I chose the tangled flowers in bloom as a visual metaphor for the characters. The illustration was created using a limited colour palette and adhering to the brand’s style guide.
