Bureau Kensington (BKI) is a boutique consulting firm offering organisational, leadership and management consulting. I worked with them on translating a document about decision-making in shared leadership organisations and networks into an easily understandable infographic.
The idea for the graphic was to draw on collective-decision making processes where there is a shared sense of accountability. Central to the visioning was challenging the existing graphics in the industry using a feminist lens. Rather than thinking of decision-making as a top-down process, the graphic illustrates the importance of sharing power and responsibility and acknowledging the different people who influence each other towards an action.
