OkCupid commissioned an illustration and Instagram post as part of their ‘LoveIs’ campaign.
I chose to illustrate a queer couple, and talk about how love is growing together. We’re changing and growing every single day - whether it’s through the things we read, watch, learn, or the experiences we have. My vision for love is a moment of tenderness and comfort enveloped by a canopy of flowering plants: reflecting on and thinking about the relationships that make space for us, and hold us as we work through the complexities of being in the world.
